At ukmall/net/undigested/spam I have indicated that telecom companies bribe crores of rupees EVERYDAY and loot the nation unhindered in any manner by government of India. Here are instances of telecom companies minting black money through mass emails promoting fake degrees, terrorist recruitment and drugs. Most messages have single link with no other word. The linked domain does not exist. Such messages are sent to a million of people, with one click, to spread virus. The association of our telecom companies with terrorists, damaging computers in bulk, assumes all dangerous proportions. More terrorists/spies are manufactured at Reliance Call Centers than infiltrated across borders. As you pass through the markets, you come across prominent signboards "Earn at home from Internet". Police and investigating agencies never bothered to detect their terrorist modus operandi. These companies derive money from terrorist organizations for destruction of computers worldwide. A poor guy is offered about Rs500 for clicking a button. That sends virus to 10 lakh computers. Many guys are leading terrorist career that way. On 8th march 2010, one guy – perhaps son of a railway officer, clicked that button at least twenty times to earn over Rs10000 I received over 20 messages from same guy on that day. The guy used railtelindia.com and airtelbroadband.in servers twice. With very little cyber lookup, the guy can be pinned down in five minutes. I have done my duty by informing railways, Airtel, police, CBI, many netas, and media. All email headers can be viewed below. After so heavy initiative from me, if no one feels concerned, our country is prepared only to bear the damage not stop it. While reporting every spam over a decade to my SP – Airtel, TRAI, DOT, Communication Minister, Prime Minister, President of India and media, I continue to receive unsolicited calls/SMS every day. Is India running under TELGI rule?

Indian judiciary requires judicious touch – Indian jurisprudence is a charade of proforma petitions and proforma judgments – ground reality is the casualty. Every petition is a driving competition where outcome is the balance of relative skill of drivers. A criminal case is complainant v/s all – the judge, the public prosecutor, the defense lawyer – all sharing reward from the accused released. EVERY ONE knows that integrity of opponent's counsel and the judge is FREQUENTLY purchased to extract MALAFIDE judgement. Whenever, lower court judgement is reversed by higher court, the impugned judgement should be screened for level of morbidity. In case of fowl play, the erring judge deserves more than just stricture.
